cabininthewoodsDrew Goddard’s (with some help from 4 award nominee Joss Whedon) deconstruction of the horror/slasher film genre has made the grade with 12 nominations for this years awards!

The film is up for the coveted Coolest Film/Director nominations along with horror-centric noms: Best Monstercraft and The “Dario” Award for Most Spine-Crawlingest Creepiness.  And it’s also up for the more esoteric Jon Bunnyman Award for Artistic Excellence through the Intentional and Judicious Use of Bad Writing as well as the Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie Award for really messing with your brain!
